blog の remark-gfm を 3.x 系に上げました

あれ注釈(footnote)が死んでる

迂闊なことに気づいてなかったんですが，いつの間にか当 blog でちょくちょく使っていた注釈機能が死んでいました．

これのことです¹

当 blog でも使わせてもらっている gatsby theme の作者がコメントしていて， remark-gfm を 3.x 系に上げたら治るよということなのでえいやで上げました．

ついでに，gatsby-config.js が CommonJS 方式だったのをたとえば gatsby-plugin-mdx なんかは明確にやめろと言っているので，バサッと切り替えました．
(いい加減やらなきゃな〜と思っていたので，踏んぎりがついてよかったとも言える)
